Kelly is hiring a Quality Document Specialist for one of our food manufacturing clients in Union City, CA

• M-F Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

  
  

• Temp to Perm

  
  

• $25/hr

Responsibilities

• Printing testing parameters (quality tests, micro), labels for manufacturing orders.

  
  

• Data entry for operations quality parameters.

  
  

• Level 1 and Level 2 hold review. Hold reviews physical & in inventory management system.

  
  

• Quality Training Data Management for Alchemy & power points.

  
  

• Weekly and monthly KPI completion.

  
  

• Material discard process as needed.

  
  

• Intelex management for documentation to include SOP’s, plant internal programs, internal audits and external audits.

  
  

• Non-Intelex document management and data gathering.

  
  

• Water and Air testing, temp and humidity data trackers.

  
  

• Yearly validation documentation.

  
  

• Vacation relief back up for Quality Specialist.

  
  

• All other duties as assigned.

  
  

• Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, inventory management system, quality data management system.
