Overview This position will be responsible for understanding and maintaining pricing across all sales channels in the US and Canada. The role is expected to collaborate with merchandising, finance, sales, and IT to develop pricing architecture requirements to support the business. Additionally, the individual will work with colleagues to create and share best practices across the Americas (US, Canada, and LatAm). Targeting New Jersey/Philadelphia but open to right candidate for this mostly remote role. Responsibilities Maintain Pricing in SAP across US Sales Channels. Load and deactivate list, net, promotional and special pricing Work with product and customer master to maintain customer programs (AS faucet volume, AS parts, AS order accumulation, GROHE pricing tiers). Create and maintain US Trade freight, including customer-specific terms, which includes order handling fees, freight adders, and fee overrides. Update the brand, channel and customer specific discounts and adjustment based on customer programs and other approved pricing. Invalidate any obsolete pricing as required. Troubleshoot any issues resulting in customer pricing issues, investigate and provide explanations on customer deductions Respond to and follow up on inquiries originating from customer care and sales promptly. Manage JIRA tickets for incoming pricing requests to create or change prices. Support Pricing Architecture Collaborate with IT to maintain pricing conditions and tables, which includes developing new or re-purposing old ones (e.g., MRO stock and Dropship). Create and maintain sales promotions, sales deals, and promotion codes. Work with IT to develop and test new customer programs. Analyze and align pricing conditions where applicable. Other Duties Assist Nashville claim’s department to resolve pricing issues from Customer deductions. Provide backup support for Canada and LatAM as needed. Support External and internal audit requests. Train customer care and the sales support team to pro-actively resolve pricing issues. Cross-train pricing personnel and adopt best practices across the Americas region Qualifications Education required and/or years of work experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum Required BA/BS Business with 3-5 years’ experience with the SAP Pricing Module, Excel experience required. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work both independently and in a team atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while focusing on key objectives A team player who pays attention to detail and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellence. Ability to analyze and implement process improvement Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $60,900 to $77,000 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
