The salary range is $110,000-$115,000 per year plus a structured bonus pool.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide training and coaching to first-year service technicians who have completed initial training for the purposes of increasing their earnings and reducing first-year turnover.
Monitor and assist sales representatives to achieve daily and weekly sales goals which include closing sales, mulit-revenue, drain cleaning products, and building repeat business.
Manage talent acquisition data through an ATS portal.
Screen resumes.
Interview candidates.
Ensure monthly manpower goals are met.
Source and manage both active and passive candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Monitor your team of new recruits, including periodic ride-alongs, to determine whether additional training is needed to ensure performance standards are met.
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
A valid driver’s license
Experienced hiring manager with a track record of recruiting and developing a solid team of sales and service professionals
Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
Excellent customer service experience
Service industry experience is strongly desired
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Have demonstrated experience sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates
Strong knowledge of advanced recruiting platforms/techniques, including the use of social media
