Job Summary:
Seasonal Operations Associate's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing general labor support to various areas of retail operations and production departments.

Location:    Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa

Responsibilities will include:

• Basic hand assembly of various items including seed starting kits and seed packet collections, stamping bags, inserting dirt pellets/seed packets in tray, wrapping trays, filling packet sleeves, sealing plastic wrap around kit, providing kits to the Material Handlers, etc. 

• Assist with order picking and shipping 

• Support for set up and tear down of general work area maintenance.  

• Make plastic trays and seed panels as needed.  

• Make sleeves/cartons from flattened cardboard. 

• Fill seed display panels with seed packets 

• Works closely with co-workers, Assembly Leads, Assembly Supervisor and Assembly Production Manager.   

• All other duties as assigned by Leads or Managers 

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Requires standing, kneeling and lifting up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be reliable and dependable with attendance Monday through Friday.
