Hiring Immediately for a Regional Maintenance Manager in Irvine, CA to support a Property Management Company

Salary $75,000.00 annually

Direct Hire Opportunity

What you will be doing?

• Guide and manage 10 direct reports (timecard management, scheduling, performance reviews, training, etc)
• Review and update policies and procedures. Ensure they are being followed for safety and regulatory company guidelines
• Monitor and quality check of maintenance activities for work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs
• Perform routine work orders 40% of the time

Qualifications of the role:

• 5+ years of experience in Property Management - Maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in AppFolio, or similar Properety Management Software, and Microsoft Office 365
• Proven Great leadership and organizational skills
• Clean driving record
