Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr based on expereince Schedule: M-F 8 hour days with overtime when needed
Procurement & Contract Coordinator: • Ensuring Procure to Pay process, including Purchase Orders and Vendor Invoice Management. • Administering general office activities and providing administrative support. • Ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines for SAP contracts. • Creating and updating suppliers in the Vendor Master Database. • Supporting the Purchase Requisition (PR) Creation process. • Managing the Good Receipt Dashboard and handling payment of invoices from vendors. • Participating in Cost to Serve meetings and collaborating in review of cost and payments. • Assessing contractor’s qualifications and supporting Purchasing in contract negotiations. • Maintaining contractors’ safety program and managing activities based on contract terms. • Participating in contractor safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Communicating effectively with team members and building effective relationships. • Demonstrating a commitment to safety and core values.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have 3-5 years’ experience in similar procurement role. • Have experience with procurement workflow in SAP (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel Outlook) • Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Are a team player with a desire for continuous learning. • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
