Job Abstract

We have two openings for Customer Service Specialist in Costa Mesa, Ca

This will be onsite, hours 7am-4pm Monday to Friday, Pay will range from $21-$23 an hour.

Duties:

Will be responding to website and email inquires

Make outbound calls to customers who left messages

Respond to emails

Data Entry background as you will be entering information into the data base

Must have worked in customer service and have recent customer service background in an office setting

1-2 years of recent work in customer service

Must have outstanding customer service and verbal communications skills

Must be detailed oriented

Will process orders

Must maintain a positive working relationship with customers and vendors.
