As the Audience Engagement Coordinator, you will be a part of the driving force behind cultivating and strengthening relationships between our world-class athletes, influential brand ambassadors, content creators, and our dedicated Team TaylorMade audience (social and CRM). Because of the direct golfer interaction, the ideal candidate is a golfer who has a high level of appreciation for the game we love. Strategic thinking, interpersonal finesse and digital expertise will be instrumental in amplifying TaylorMade’s impact to the world of golf.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the day-to-day content roll out for athletes – working with athlete social teams to manage quarterly social plans and reporting
- Work with global regions on influencer (ambassador) marketing strategies and facilitation of PR seeding campaigns
- Working closely with ambassadors/agents to stay up to date on ambassador content roll out and maintenance of relationship
- Facilitate the content strategy for our retailers to build and sustain awareness, maximizing sell through during peak buying seasons
- Working with our direct-to-consumer (DTC) team and regional audience (social/CRM) teams to create segments to optimize revenue through our DTC sales
- Support the fulfilment of prizing, legality and contracts for audience growth and ambassador program strategies, both media and retail partner focused
- Facilitate and maintain the global audience growth strategy for our social, email and SMS channels working closely with regions throughout the year
- Assist with miscellaneous media team needs
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Able to stay organized, multitask and adjust on the fly to high pressure scenarios
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (You will be contributing to a team that’s “always-on”)
- Avid social media user + follower of the PGA TOUR
- High understanding of DOMO or a similar reporting/data dashboard
- Experience working with a CDP/CRM system
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- 2+ years in a marketing, PR or communications role
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Normal office conditions. Consistent computer use
- Ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of medium weight materials (35 lbs)
- Minimal travel required
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is $25.00 - 27.00 per hour. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
