The Quality Management Business Analyst will be responsible for investigating reports of operational quality issues and nonconformances, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and working the problem correction process. The Business Analyst will be a primary contributor for designing and implementing business operation processes, proposing analytical measures for performance monitoring, and recommending process improvements to enhance operations. Here are the details on this position.
- 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience. Experience working with Government organizations is a plus
- Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL and other requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
- Strong Executive Presence and Communication Skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients and technical personnel. Utilizing strong client communication skills to translate client needs to actionable objectives
- A leader who motivates others to action and communicates key technical ideas in a digestible way
- An adaptable, trailblazing, collaborative team to create a new initiative for PHM – Population Health Management

What you should expect in this role
- Fully remote opportunity from most US locations, need to be open to travel as requested by the client.
- West Sacramento, CA office, you are required to work 8a-5p pacific time.

The pay range for this position is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
