General Description: Responsible for day-to-day activities in administering the company’s internal, private equity program.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day administration of equity compensation programs.
· Assist with company-wide equity co-investment offerings and annual employee exchange.
· Maintain pending grant lists and assist in preparing materials for Board meetings.
· Prepare subscription and other equity-issuance agreements.
· Maintain equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of recordkeeping. Update and maintain accurate equity participant information.
· Maintain awards issuance, administer vesting events, and produce relevant reporting.
· Process new grants accurately and completely.
· Maintain loan database. Includes tracking bi-weekly payments and payoffs.
· Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting.
· Responsible for verification of company’s compensation tiers and compensation audits.
· Assist compensation team with management of HRIS workflow approvals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· HR Admin experience preferred. Private company equity experience preferred, but not required.
· Highly motivated, detail-focused, and committed to maintaining the integrity of the USI Equity program.
· Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and meet multiple deadlines effectively.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Strong Excel skills.
· Familiarity with Global Shares equity software is a plus.
· Excellent client service skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
· Ability to manage highly confidential materials and information.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal noise and limited to no exposure to chemicals or toxins. Employees operate office equipment including telephone - headset, computer, computer monitors, keyboard, mouse, copier, scanner, and mail machine. Physical tasks of job include walking, sitting, standing, bending, and typing.

· Constantly (over 66% of time) work performed requires employees to use repetitive hand motions such as typing, using a keyboard, and sitting at a desk.
· Frequently (34%-66% of time) work performed requires employees to handle and grasp things, walk on normal surfaces, stand, and bend.
