We are seeking a skilled and motivated Skilled Facility Associate to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations. This role performs various routine maintenance assignments and assists other Facilities Management Department personnel in the repair and maintenance of physical structures equipment and fixtures of the facility and grounds.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in commercial/hospital trades with knowledge in hospital facility repair and maintenance operations required in one of the following fields; electrical plumbing HVAC controls carpentry furniture repair and assembly texture and painting experience
High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
Knowledge in Maintenance Management Systems.
Ability to read blueprints.
Work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations including the TJC DHS OSHA.
Must maintain current Fire Safety card.
