Essential Functions
Customer Service
Willingly provides superior customer service levels that exceed customer expectations while staying within company policies and guidelines when:
Taking delivery inquiries
Reporting any credit/delivery delays to phone bank or customers
Cashing out customers
Assisting customers with loading tires into their vehicle
Administrative Tasks
Processing of all buy-outs, invoice credits, purchase orders, and invoicing all work-orders.
Handling all product returns and checking them in from delivery zones.
Confirming all of the invoices that come back with the drivers.
Handles and files paperwork.
General Dispatcher Duties
Close-out procedure if assigned.
End of day vehicle damage inspection of on-demand fleet and report to warehouse manager.
Coordinate deposits envelope to the bank.
Coordinate mail to corporate.
Pull parts from parts warehouse as needed for wholesale.
Assist in inventory count.
Coordinate and assign drivers' daily routes.
Assist drivers on retail/wholesale delivery routes to make efficient/productive runs.
Control driver labor hours by maximizing run efficiency.
Responsible for answering phone calls regarding drivers, parts warehouse, wholesale tire, retail stores, etc., and reporting and acting upon any staffing issues for the scheduled day.
Assist in product pull, stage, and loading of trucks as needed and sorting the orders to maximize zone efficiency.
Ship/receive on demand transfers.
Other duties as assigned.
Such as: on-demand delivery, stocking, filing, cleaning, trash removal, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and interest.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee is regularly required to speak and listen, both over the phone and in person to customers and fellow employees, in order to perform the above listed duties.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
