About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Merchandising Assistants to join our Merchandising team in our Dublin, CA headquarters. This individual will work with Buyers and Assistant Buyers along with internal and external partners to execute the merchandising objectives of the company. This role contributes to the team ability to achieve its financial goals. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Ensure timely delivery of the merchandise through consistent communication and follow up with the vendor, distribution centers, and the merchandising and allocation team Complete order entry Manage promo and pricing forms Manage purchase order process on a weekly basis Sample management Assist with the preparation of purchase orders Communicate issues to product development and design Support the merchandising end to end process Participates in executing the pricing strategy Additional duties as assigned What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or similar preferred One year of administration and data entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Consistent demonstration of professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity Motivated and able to work well independently, as well as an effective member of a team Ability to multi-task and provide timely follow up Ability to build solid relationships with teammates and business unit leaders Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered.
