Your Role as a Retail Sales Specialist:
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of our specialty retail shop, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through engaging experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs, provide personalized assistance, and handle inquiries.
Sales Excellence: Create quotes, drive sales, and contribute to store goals.
Technical Collaboration: Work with technicians for electronics repair and battery installation services.
Store Operations: Manage inventory and maintain an appealing store environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour during training (first 3 months)
Expected Pay: $19.00 - $22.50+ per hour, with high performers earning $23+ per hour

Our three-month paid training program blends hands-on, online, and real-time activities to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel.
What We're Looking For:
Interest in technology and a desire to become an expert.
Passion for helping people and advocating for customers.
Availability for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Basic math skills, technical proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
2+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
