Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Chef Manager for it's operations at Wesbury, a 210 resident skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. This is an ideal position to grow your culinary career. The food service operations includes a small cafe, 3 dining rooms with trayline operations. This Chef Manager will be hands on and will cook as needed. Will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 15 kitchen staff. Typical shift will be 10:00am - 6:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high quality food service
• Coordinate department hourly employee HACCP Training, inservices,
• Participate in special functions
• Attends resident council meetings
• Quality assurance and monthly audits as assigned

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
