The Opportunity: 

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. 

As a Program Analyst on our team, you'll provide on-site analytical and program support to a Military Headquarters organization on international affairs programs and activities, including security cooperation and military to military engagement. You'll support execution of client policy and strategy through development of client-ready deliverables, such as information and decision papers, briefings, and meeting notes, for a variety of audiences across the DoD, including deliverables for the highest leadership levels. You'll support the execution of client strategy. You'll also organize and facilitate meetings, conference calls, and working groups, including generating after action reports and tracking implementation of agreed–to items.

You Have:? 

• Experience working with U.S. Government entities

• Ability to be a self-motivated individual who can manage competing priorities

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Ability to work directly with leadership

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

?

Nice If You Have:? 

• 1+ years of experience working with the Department of Defense

• 1+ years of experience in program management

• Experience at the component or headquarters level of a military Service organization

• Experience with formal DoD staffing and coordination processes

• Experience working internationally?

• Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs or Political Science preferred; Master’s degree in International Affairs or Political Science a plus

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
