Applynow for the position of Remote Support Engineer 3 - Core Lab -Atellica /Vista /Dimension, and you will support the Remote Service Center as anexpert on these selected product lines.
Your Role
- You willprovide virtual support for internal/external customers, as well as, consistentmonitoring and accurate documentation utilizing the Customer Relations SoftwareTool(s)
- You willdemonstrate a high level of technical expertise in clinical laboratory practicewhile supporting the Atellica/Vista/Dimension Product Lines
- You willdemonstrate exceptional customer service skills to improve the customerexperience, and achieve customer satisfaction by providing highly technicaltroubleshooting of complex issues to meet issue resolution and achieve customersatisfaction
- You willtake timely action and ownership on all open tickets to troubleshoot andresolve internal/external customer issues to the customers satisfaction, and ifnecessary, escalates customer issues to next level support
- You willmeet and exceed individual service level metrics to meet the needs of thecustomer/business
Your Expertise
- Associate’sor Bachelor’s degree in a science-related or engineering field, or equivalentexperience as an expert technical engineer in product line for over 15years
- 4-8years Comparable Experience
- Willingto travel up to 20%
- Excellentcommunication skills
- You haveanalytical thinking abilities to support advanced technical troubleshooting andproblem solving skills for assigned product line
- You haveexceptional phone and communications skills to support collaboration with thecustomer, as well as, other internal resources to develop and implement actionplans to resolve customer issues
Must beable to work weekends and overnight shifts - Shift Differential is 15%
Thepay range for this position is $70,000 – $92,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
