The TE - Nx 10 Administrative Assistant will help support the execution of the TE - Nx 10 Collaboration. The TE - Nx 10 Administrative Assistant will work closely with the TE - Nx 10 Director of Operations to provide operational and administrative support. This includes, but is not limited to, providing administrative, organizational, and financial support. This role is part-time and will work an average of 20-25 hours per week. This position is available for remote work within the United States. Subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary.
Essential Functions
Financial Support (70%)Assist with reclassifying credit card statements, submitting check requests, preparing deposits and reimbursements, and processing other financial paperwork. Assist with drafting, preparing, submitting, and filing contracts and agreements to all proper parties involved. Operations & Administrative Support (30%)Data entry and overseeing record-keeping databases. Customer service, including responding to inquiries about TE - Nx 10 Logistical support including running various errands, coordinating and scheduling Zoom meetings, note-taking and other relevant preparation for team meetings. Event development and support, such as tracking event registrations, sending invitations, and record-keeping. Knowledge and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Two to three years of administrative and/or project experience. Works well in a multicultural environment with focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Able to work with a diverse remote team and interact with team members via digital task management systems and virtual meeting environments. Flexible schedule. Proven ability to provide superb customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, with competence in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and high Internet proficiency. Experience with and understanding of project management and email marketing software such as Monday.com and Mailchimp preferred. Broad computer and Internet knowledge and skills required. Works well under pressure and can manage pressing requests and situations. Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
