Build strong relationships with your accounts and increase the business brand awareness within the market. Manage and build a strong Short/ Medium/ Long term opportunity pipeline to reach your quarterly goals. Interact effectively with customers and partners through diverse selling efforts, including video conferences, face-to-face visits, calls and social media interactions. Participate in tradeshows and customer seminars, as needed. Gain a strong technical understanding of ELS products content with the goal of cross-selling the ELS product-line. Provide pricing and quotations, including custom manufactured products according to the pricing guidelines and SOP. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and communication with employees across all functions. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in a life sciences related field, Masters preferred. Experience: 0-3 years of inside sales experience, field sales, or related industry experience. Skills: Superior customer service and oral/written communication skills, including strong negotiation skills. Strong interest in cell biology/drug discovery and various industry platform knowledge. Strong problem-solving and analytical ability, Adaptable, Organized, Autonomous and attention to detail. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and ability to handle difficult customers with tact. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a wide range of people. Computer proficiency required including MS Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. The hourly range estimated for this position based in New York is $24.00-$28.00.
