Job Abstract

Kelly is hiring for a Laboratory Technician position with one of our clients in Woodland, CA.
 

• Full time- W2
  

• 3 months contract (May be extended or converted)
  

• $19/hr

Job Description:

• Lead high volume sample preparation activities, data entry, and quantitative analyses of fruits and vegetables.
  

• Assists with new project set up and follow up. Weighs and extracts samples for analytical procedures.
  

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform all activities.
  

• May perform additional laboratory technical and housekeeping tasks.
  

• Analytics lab duties including:
  

• Liquid handler and other instrumentation.
  

• Entry level data management.
  

• Works under immediate supervision in a fast paced- team oriented environment

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  

• 2 years of laboratory experience is required.
  

• Candidates must have basic computer skills, be reliable, accurate and able to handle repetitive tasks.
  

• Activities may require lifting, bending and long periods of standing
