- Collaborate with appropriate resources (e.g., instructional designers, business partners, SMEs, business leadership) to facilitate development of appropriate learning objectives and curricula
- Set appropriate expectations for all applicable stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, learners, Training) to ensure ongoing support and achievement of learning objectives
- Identify, understand and prepare the appropriate training technology to ensure effective learning (e.g., WebEx, Knowledge

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience working in an Training department or similar area
- Work Experience: Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator in a corporate setting
- Coordination Abilities: Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- Instructional Design Knowledge: Understanding of instructional design theory and implementation
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems: Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Responsible for LMS administration - loading courses, classes, pulling reports, adding/modifying user data, etc
