What is theFinance Leadership Development Program?
The FinanceLeadership Development Program (FLDP) prepares you to support a wide range ofbusinesses as a financial leader in our organization. You will learn what ittakes to analyze and manage the financial aspects of a company ranked among thetop 50 in sales in the world.
The FLDP is atwo-year rotational program, three 8-month assignments, where participants willbe exposed to corporate accounting, cost accounting, project controlling,financial analysis, performance controlling and reporting. You will receivementoring from Siemens Healthineers’ team of business leaders, gain access toand network with Siemens Healthineers senior decision-makers, and learn theoverall strategy, systems, and accomplishments that make this company a globalleader.
Upon completionof the program, graduates have transitioned into roles such as FinancialAnalyst, Staff Accountant, Business Process Specialist/Auditor, Credit Analyst,or Cost Accountant for Siemens Healthineers.

- WorkAuthorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
Job FamilyResponsibilities:
Completes aseries of job rotations and project assignments designed to developcompetencies in the area of finance. Assists in the creation of businesssegment budget, control policies and procedures, and coordinates implementationwith other Siemens organizations. Assists in collecting and analyzinginformation relevant to a routine situation, makes risk assessments andidentifies various options or alternatives. Assists in routine purchasing,administrative, and information services functions of the business segment.Assists in routine finance/accounting planning activities, assuring accuraterecord keeping and control accordance with Siemens Healthineers policies.
Education:
BS/BA inrelated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience by May2025. Certification may be required in some areas.
Knowledge andExperience:
Demonstrates abasic knowledge of professional principles and skills. Effectively uses fundamentalconcepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.Typically up to 1 year of successful experience in related field and successfuldemonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
