MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide subject matter expertise and support in a specific area, offering guidance and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and evaluation of data, trends, and industry best practices to support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives to address specific organizational needs and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, or educational materials related to the assigned area.
Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the success of initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate the implementation of changes.
Assist in the management and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Provide expertise in using relevant software applications, tools, and systems to optimize data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Act as a resource person and provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or advanced degrees may be preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role or field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Work involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgment is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources. Ongoing supervision is provided on an "as needed" basis.
