Job Description Summary
The Real Estate Program Student Assistant will report to and provide operational support for the Assistant Director of the MS in Real Estate Program. They will coordinate with other departments within the Argyros College and campus wide to help the efficiency of the MSRE Program.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and managing MS in Real Estate specific events throughout the calendar year, which include; tracking RSVP’s, creating name badges, logistics, event set-up and take-down.
Interact with staff, students, faculty, guest speakers, and prospects to facilitate communication and information.
Promote/share Real Estate specific announcements and events from the Argyros College to LinkedIn account.
Work with operations to submit invoices and complete legal documents.
Track merchandise exclusive to the MS in Real Estate program’s students and alumni.
Create and maintain spreadsheets, input and analyze data, and research information as needed.
Assist in recruitment events such as info sessions, tabling and other events with the office of Graduate Business Programs.
Make ongoing edits to the MS in Real Estate Chapman website.
Required Qualifications
Minimal prior experience.
Ability to learn operations process.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
Previous office experience desired but not required.
Business Administration major desired but not required.
Deep understanding of the MS in Real Estate Program at Chapman.
Desire to work with professionals within the real estate industry.
