Position Overview

As an Operations Analyst within PNC's Account Reconcilement Processing (ARP) Group, you will be based in Cleveland, Ohio at the W. 150th Operations Center location. This position is primarily based in a PNC location.
New Hire training will be ~90 days and occur at W. 150th Operations Center which offers free parking. After training, a standard monthly schedule will be followed where the entire team is in the office the first 5 days of each month, then the ability to work from home is offered throughout the rest of the month with some employees coming in on Tuesday and Thursday based on a rotating schedule.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30amto 4:00pm, or until completion.
This entry level processing position requires strong attention to detail, ability to focus for long periods of time and ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain punctual start and leave times for attendance purposes.
Role requires you to pull the images of large corporate client checks and compare the numbers from the PNC client to the actual numbers posted by the client at PNC. Then you will route the payee request and distribute it based on outcomes. Dual computer screens will be used. High volume of transactions.

- Processes and/or reconciles routine and complex transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identifies and addresses exceptions and may resolve escalated items. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. May interact with external customers to complete transactions.
- Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests for one or multiple specialized products. Provides feedback on workflow and work received. May participate in and serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. May assist in training and onboarding of new hires.
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. May review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. May participate in risk mitigation activities.
