Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with a CRM
Preferred qualifications:
- Available to work extended hours when necessary and travel occasionally
- Experience building and improving processes and establishing metrics to track and illustrate performance
- Experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight operations, transportation operations, logistics or supply chain environment
- Able to multitask, prioritize workload under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving skills

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the customer service team to achieve a superior level of customer satisfaction
- Work directly with customers to research and resolve complex customer inquiries by identifying root causes and developing effective solutions
- Act as the escalation point for customer care, both internally and externally
- Hire, motivate and develop direct reports; promote a high level of employee engagement
- Support and occasionally fill in for teammates in the service center or district
- Ensure customer expectations are met and always act with the customer’s best interest in mind; advocate for best-in-class customer experiences and a customer-focused XPO culture
- Research, develop and monitor metrics and key performance indicators and provide appropriate reporting to senior management
- Proactively work with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Communications to continuously improve business practices and processes
Annual Salary Range: $74,838 to $93,547. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards, and an equity buyout award. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
