What You Will Do

Complies with all policies and standards.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Education
Associate's Degree in Respiratory (Required) or
Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with license to practice in Ohio Upon Hire (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of recent experience is preferred. Previous work in a hospital is also preferred.Being a member of the AARC is strongly recommended.The schedule is (3) 12 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
Employees who are hired to work 35 hours or more will be awarded a $10,000 sign on bonus: $3,000 to be paid out the next applicable pay period after 90 days of employment, $7,000 to be paid out following the 1 year mark, based on performance.
