Job Description
The Houskeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Housekeeping staff’s job performance are in accordance with Hotel’s standards of service.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing public areas as well as guest rooms to ensure they are according to Omni’s cleanliness standards.
Administrative duties to include scheduling, inventory, ordering, receiving, payroll, reporting, data analysis.
Oversees the performance of staff and takes corrective actions when necessary
Responsible for reporting general maintenance in designated areas.
Ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
Responds to guest requests and complaints as required
Qualifications
Previous hotel (or related industry) experience
Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative – must be a self-starter
Demonstrated leadership abilities to include professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Bi-Lingual is not required but is a plus
