Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
AutoCAD experience is a huge plus!
