IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, and detailed individual to join the Membership Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. In this role, you will use your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to provide customer support to our Rosetta Stone and IXL users. This person must be well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of projects.
This position is for a full-time entry level Bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Membership Specialist to help support our growing number of customers. We encourage new college graduates to apply including the class of 2024.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide exceptional service and support to prospective customers, both in English and Spanish
Perform tasks related to sales support such as answering inbound sales and product questions, providing pricing information, and logging customer communication in Salesforce
Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to customers via phone and email
Process customer credit card payments
Initiate customer transfers to technical or customer support staff
Complete related projects successfully and promptly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
Some experience in customer service, edtech or education preferred
Energetic, positive, mature person who works well independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Exceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
