Role: Contract Recruiter Assignment: 3 - 6 months
Essential Functions:
Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of Our Promise each and every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position specifications and establish recruiting strategy. Provide ongoing updates on key requisitions/activity, recommend actions and strategies as appropriate.
Develop and implement recruiting plans that leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events; design and lead informational and recruiting events to attract talent and drive employment branding.
Ensure successful placements by consulting with candidates on navigating the interview process, negotiating pay and position expectations, and communicating regularly with employees to monitor and maintain satisfaction
Act as the subject matter expert to provide quality candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure an impressive candidate experience with thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
Meet established performance goals, including individual, team and organization goals.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
Maintain and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
Demonstrate positive leadership, promote an inclusive work environment and present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.
Education & Experience:
3+ years of recruiting experience, which includes full cycle recruiting.
Experience recruiting in behavioral health, healthcare or related field a plus
Strong knowledge of direct recruiting and sourcing techniques on Indeed required
Proficient skills and in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS applications, UKG (UltiPro) helpful.
Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment
Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and perform work independently.
Effective computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records, etc.
Successfully meet pre-employment background requirements including drug screen, physical exam and reference checking.
