Job Abstract
The Assistant Maintenance Technician reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance. Trim, edge and mulch as directed. Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas. Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection.
