Procurement Demand Planning, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Grow at Booz Allen as a Procurement Demand Planning, Senior Manager through challenging and fulfilling opportunities in Procurement. Utilize world class learning and development programs while building meaningful relationships with executive leadership, a diverse team of procurement professionals, a large supply base, program teams, and other cross functional internal partners. Lead a team of procurement demand planning professionals in assessing Global Supply Chain personnel demand across Civil, communicate with clients and collaborate with senior leadership and human resources to recruit and interview, and conduct performance reviews. Develop and lead the team’s operational performance with a focus on implementing a strategic vision, growing capabilities, and offerings, implementing industry trends and best practices, and meeting business objectives and strategies. Assess and prioritize internal Procurement Sector level procurement personnel demand and recommend resource deployments. Participate in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper programmatic level support. Interface with strategic sourcing, programs, and corporate growth offices to develop forecasting models. Develop strategies for supplier engagements and agreements based on future anticipated demand. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Federal purchasing or subcontract management, including overseeing large and complex proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontracts administration to support U.S. government programs
- 5+ years of experience directly managing a diverse staff
- Experience serving as a business advisor or key functional integrator, including aligning people, processes, and systems to ensure quality support to the account and government clients
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive, business-oriented solutions to challenging problems
- Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
