Position Overview:
The Cyber Partner Integration Planner III plays a critical role in fostering collaboration and cooperation across organizational and national boundaries to enhance cyber defense capabilities and resilience. This position involves developing strategies, providing guidance, and facilitating coordination among cyber teams to achieve integrated cyber actions and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to advance cooperation between cyber operations partners, including government agencies, private sector organizations, and international entities.
2. Provide guidance, resources, and collaboration to cyber teams to develop best practices and facilitate organizational support for achieving integrated cyber objectives.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify common goals and areas for partnership, and develop plans to address mutual cyber defense challenges.
4. Coordinate joint planning efforts to ensure alignment with agency priorities, objectives, and authorities among partners.
5. Facilitate working groups and meetings to exchange information, share best practices, and develop joint initiatives to improve cyber defense capabilities.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant cyber community partners to ensure effective coordination and cooperation in cyber defense activities.
7. Support the development and execution of cyber defense plans, including deliberate planning efforts and crisis action plans.
8. Stay informed about emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies to inform partnership strategies and adapt approaches accordingly.
9. Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Recommended Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is desirable.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cyber partner integration, cybersecurity, international relations, or related fields.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing partnership strategies and initiatives in a cyber defense context.
· Strong understanding of cyber threat landscape, cybersecurity principles, and defensive strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Proven ability to lead and facilitate working groups, meetings, and collaborative initiatives.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to partnership building and coordination.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing cybersecurity partnerships and cooperation.
· Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.
