This position will be a Finance Business Partner for the Integrated Turnkey Business Unit and collaborate with the Products and Finance Management Teams to achieve business unit and regional goals. This position will report to Finance Leadership with dotted line responsibility to the Vice President, Integrated Turnkey.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the Integrated Turnkey Finance Team and Finance Business Partner to the Integrated Turnkey business unit.
- Serve as the primary contact for the business on SOX 404 compliance with ownership of the finance related controls and support of the operational related controls working closely with internal & external auditors.
- Manages, mentors, & provides oversight of the team responsible for Integrated Turnkey business unit finances.
- Leads daily business unit finance transacting and monthly close process for Integrated Turnkey with percentage of completion revenue recognition.
- Oversee all financial aspects inclusive of product costing, maintaining & analyzing burden rates, inventory valuations, transfer pricing, deferred revenue, and billings in advance of revenue recognition.
- Responsible for the planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting process.
- Monthly reporting analysis of actual results vs budget/forecast variances for business unit.
- Maintain business unit accounting procedures, adherence to corporate finance policies, and internal controls compliance for Products.
- Develops balance scorecards with P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Free Cash Flow metrics to assess business performance versus expectations.
- Liaise with operational management for collaboration on strategic/tactical plans, metrics, projections, performance evaluation and analysis.
- Leads and participates in business unit cross-functional integrated & performance improvement projects.
- Collaborates with business unit internal process review, control development, documentation, tracking, ad hoc projects, and reporting.
- Emphasizes cybersecurity in processes, policies, and day to day activities.
- Any other business related to financial support of the ITK Team.
- Other duties as assigned by Finance Leadership and VP, Integrated Turnkey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) and or master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum eight to ten years of relevant work experience or a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent supporting MFG operations from a Financial functional role.
- Proven understanding and experience with IFRS and SOX 404 compliance requirements.
- Communication skills are fundamental (both written and verbal) as the role will have significant interaction with senior management and business unit leaders.
- MRP environment with SAP experience required.
- Percentage of completion revenue recognition cost accounting required.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong motivation, work ethic, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
- A high degree of computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word, Access). More specifically advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, charts, and graphs) is a must.
- Demonstrates support, commitment & participation in department goals and regional goals.

- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role.
