Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 per year + discretionary performance-based bonus (Strictly based on qualifications and business needs)

Position Overview:
As a Sr Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s Operations group, driving excellence in manufacturing processes for RF and microwave products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor talented engineers, and ensure the seamless execution of projects aligned with our client’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a strategic vision for the Manufacturing Engineering team in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Chief Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processes, expand market reach, and maintain design standards for manufacturability.
- Evaluate team performance, provide mentorship, and foster skill development among team members.
- Manage tasks and resources effectively to meet project deadlines, contributing to on-time delivery metrics.
- Implement strategic policies and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
- Maintain adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
- Provide guidance and problem-solving support for complex manufacturing challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations for RF/Microwave products.
- Proficiency in thin film chip and wire manufacturing, PCB assembly, and hermetic assembly processes.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer interaction throughout project phases.
- Preference for experience with military and/or satellite hardware.
