Field Coordinator, Move Services
POSITION PROFILE
Responsible for receiving, screening, tracking, loading and delivering customer mail and packages, including office equipment, files, etc. within a defined customer location.
Use a customer issued phone as needed to deliver mail/packages to customers and designated delivery locations, obtaining photos and or signatures for items delivered. Maintain mail and package tracking. Provides excellent customer service.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must sign and adhere to an NDA (non disclosure agreement) per customer
• Attends meetings to obtain basic move information.
• Responsible for receiving, screening, tracking, loading and delivering customer mail and packages, including office equipment, furniture, files, etc. within a defined customer location.
• Escalates process issues with site leadership.
• Performs box deliveries/pickups.
• Able to drive a company vehicle (primarily a Ford Transit Cargo Van, Small box truck as needed, automatic engine configuration)
• Able to safely enter the passenger or cargo areas of a Ford Transit Cargo Van
• Able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally repetitively
• Manages box inventory and equipment on site.
• Arrange to move anything not needed on a floor to the appropriate area.
• Maintains work areas.
• Data Entry into TRAC or other mail/package tracking systems as required.
• Interfaces with customer departments (ex. IT) to ensure successful moves.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Pay Details:
This position pays $21.81 - $ 24.00 hourly
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Typically Required:
• High school diploma required.
• Must have a clean MVR
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Proficiency in GoogleDocs preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Typically, a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information
• Moderate physical effort required. Work is varied from sedentary to moderate exertion, but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically equal to or less than 50 lbs. (e.g., boxes, papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
• Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
