As a Vice President of National Healthcare Sales, you are at the forefront of driving new business development initiatives, attracting and securing new healthcare customers, and expanding wallet share from existing healthcare clients. Your strategic vision and leadership are a driving force behind our sales efforts as you actively participate in healthcare-specific associations, analyze business opportunities, and create compelling presentations that captivate our prospects. Your laser focus on customer satisfaction guides every interaction and decision, ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience from the very first touchpoint. You dive into your book of business, strategically prospecting and identifying opportunities for growth. Your dynamic approach turns these opportunities into profits, as you close new prospects and expand wallet share with existing customers. With your sales plan in hand, you execute organizational sales strategies with precision, consistently exceeding your sales goals.
Collaborating with our Regional Sales team members, you ensure a cohesive and impactful sales environment that drives collective success. Building and nurturing relationships is second nature to you, allowing you to establish a diverse network that includes industry influencers, community partners, strategic allies, and prospective clients with ease. You're a driver in supporting our RFP team, ensuring success throughout the process. Your impeccable communication skills are put to work as you actively participate in the collection process, collaborating with clients to ensure smooth transactions. Your strategic thinking and financial acumen shine through as you research the industry and clients, gaining market awareness that informs your approach. You engage thoughtfully with senior-level clients, building trust and meaningful relationships that set the stage for success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of five years of solution-based sales experience with healthcare systems, showcasing your expertise in driving business partnerships
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, including structure, regulations, policies, and trends
- A dynamic approach to qualifying accounts and moving them into the sales pipeline
- The ability to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, converting prospects into valued clients
- A genuine passion for understanding clients' evolving needs and providing targeted solutions with the ability to build strong alliances and influence key decision-makers at all levels
- Availability to travel up to 50% across the West region (AZ, CA, WA, and HI)
- Valid driver's license
The hourly rate for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate.
