Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Daily activities may include but are not limited to: Discrepancy report work off and problem resolution, O&M training/mentoring, trending analysis, procedure development, data collection, fault isolation, and performing real-time manual actions to restore system capabilities.
- Responsible for contributing to the development of new creative and complex concepts that will provide value to the customer.
- Report and document anomalous performance and interact with other team members to validate operational requirements performance.
- Cross-train in other operational positions as assigned and assist with the training of other personnel on the contract team.
- Support test activities and/or operational requirements as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Receive Facility (RF) communication antennas and associated transmit and receive hardware systems.
- Customer built and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTs) based high speed networks, IT systems and real-time software applications supporting communication systems.
- Lift 50 lbs. safely.
- Work in elevated heights.
- Problem-solving in time-critical situations
- An active and in-scope TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing custom subsystems with current qualifications.
- Facility support systems for RF ground terminal systems (power, HVAC, etc.)
- Military electronics and or satellite communications training/experience.
- Security+ certification or higher

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
