The Product Management Director – Top Level Domains (TLDs)directs product strategy for TLD offers. This role is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for one or more TLD offers. This position is responsible for product strategy, lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and pricing for TLD offers and contributes the development of ongoing go-to-market strategy including geographic and vertical strategies and targets for sales and investment. This position is also responsible for managing offers in market, including ongoing performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Developing channel marketing strategies and programs, creating financial models with FP&A and the Account Management team
- Managing marketing strategies for the distribution channel, including defining target market segments, identifying and, if appropriate, filling segment coverage gaps, collaborating with other disciplines including product marketing and regional channel leadership to ensure that positioning is effective, programs are impactful and delivers its component of profitable growth
- Measure the performance of offers in the field and optimize offer effectiveness strategies and tactics to achieve offer goals
- Collaborate with other disciplines including product marketing, regional channel leadership, PR content marketing, web marketing, and creative services to ensure that positioning is effective, programs are impactful and delivers its component of profitable growth
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, Graduate Degree preferred
- 12+ years of related experience in in product strategy, brand/portfolio pricing strategy and innovation
- 5+ years of experience in Domains Industry, including Registry or Registrar experience is preferred
This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule
The pay range is $148,200 - $207,400.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.
