Key Responsibilities
- Merchandising Execution: Plan and execute on daily and weekly basis the merchandising and curation plan to meet the partnership commitment, manage and evaluate content ops team’s curation to ensure prompt release of contents
- Mobile app store strategy: Make strategic recommendations to support decisions across content ops team to meet the management plan
- Data Analysis: Analyze key business metrics for stakeholders to understand and track progress across Galaxy store operations. Provide insights about marketing, merchandising, product, and operations to inform stakeholders for data driven strategic decision making
- Statistical Testing: Design, execute, and analyze various statistical experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) to test assumption and launch new marketing campaigns, features and product releases
- Reporting: Defining and implementing marketing and financial key performance indicators to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Market Research: Conduct secondary market research with internal and external business intelligence tool to run market leading promotional campaigns. Contextualize research findings and communicate actionable research insights to stakeholders
- Process Improvement: Develop and review processes and mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and communication across marketing and operations
Skills
- Experience in leading a team of content operators and motivating them constantly to ensure the optimal output
- Experience establishing, launching, managing, and analyzing game revenue generating programs from scratch
- Experience conducting analysis on trend, competitors, and markets
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Excellent communication skills and a proven record of working cross-functionally to achieve results.
- Proactive and passionate personality – Not afraid to get his/her hands dirty with executing and fixing ongoing liveops programs
- Team-first attitude
- Experience in A/B testing and statistical modeling is a plus
- Advanced degree in other quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

Experience & Education
- 8~10 years of experience in content operations, mobile app store management, or mobile data analytical roles
- Advanced degree in other quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, is expected to be between $175,000 ~ $210,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
