The Front Office Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them an inclusive experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience; to include service areas such as Guest Services, Front Desk and Concierge. Previous customer service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.

Customer service or hotel Front Desk experience (Hyatt preferred), valet, concierge and/or food and beverage knowledge.
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
Complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and according to departmental standards.
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Anticipate and service guests needs.
Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests with the designated personnel for follow up.
Meet and greet guests as they arrive, check into reservation management system, escorting guest to the guestrooms and assisting with luggage and vehicles as necessary.
