Pay: $17-$22/hour depending on experience and background in the petroleum field
Responsibilities
Monitoring fuel inventory data using electronic exception reporting software, and internal reconciliation processes that meet or exceed regulatory requirements and company standards.
Identify fuel variance discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action to prevent a possible release.
Coordinate fuel accounting reconciliation.
Preparing correspondence including letters, memoranda, reports and/or presentations.
Create, update and maintain database spreadsheets, tracking documents, data storage portals and server files.
Produce general correspondence, regulatory reports, etc.
Handle or route incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
Knowledgeable in the use of PDI Enterprise and other software programs.
Electronic and direct interaction with all departments, regulatory agencies, and vendors.
Scheduling, preparation and attendance of meetings and conference calls.
Verify accuracy of all written correspondence and data.
Provide support to Environmental Compliance and Incident Managers.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask • Strong analytical skills • Ability to interact with Management and Executive staff at all levels • Ability to perform in a fast paced detailed oriented environment • Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations by experience or educational degree • Self Motivated • 3-4 years of convenience store operations and/or management experience with strong performance reviews preferred • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
• Valid driver’s license / access to automobile • Limited overnight travel possible
• Occasional overtime possible
