Job Abstract

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading nonprofit organization to find a Revenue Cycle Specialist. As the Revenue Cycle Specialist, you be responsible for monitoring the revenue cycle of the organization, working to decrease claim submission denials, improve collections and meet accounts receivable targets. • Assess various factors and regulations to impact the revenue cycle
• Analyze revenue cycle problem areas and effective actions to resolve the issues
• Monitor improvements for first time claim submissions, resubmissions, and collections
• Pursue collections of all claims with insurance companies until payment is made.

• 3-5 years of experience in billing of third-party insurances
• High school diploma. Additional courses in insurance billing, data processing and medical terminology is preferred.
• Medical coder certification with emphasis in healthcare preferred
