Customer Care Manager
$22.00+/hr (depending on experience)
Brunswick, OH
1st Shift 8:00am – 5:00pm
What You Will Do:
Schedule and ensure timely outbound and inbound logistics of in-house and customer owned rentals
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Communication with clientele.
Compile detailed year-end reporting
Inspection of units upon return and judgment of condition
Schedule installations, repairs and 3rd party moves as required
Secure local city contractor registration, permits, and COI for both city registration and new vendor set up
Update Ohio Zoning Permit annually
Maintain records and ensure compliance with Ohio laws regarding advertising
Maintain inventory
Provide timely resolution to all client-initiated service requests and issues
Assist with set up and maintenance for airtight company nationwide promotional campaigns
Aide in new product development with documented instruction and service manuals
What You Need:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum three years related experience or training from an accredited university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
Ability to compose, read and interpret documents
Ability to create and/or write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
Ability to lift 25 lbs
