POSITION SUMMARY
As an Expert IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the architecture of Nestlé's Azure data warehouse that complies with global IT strategy and system architecture best practices. You will be supporting the Advanced Analytics use cases in business areas including sales, trade, customer service, finance, supply chain and logistics. You will need to ensure security of data by maintaining the integrity and performance of Nestlé's databases and guaranteeing that data is stored securely and optimally. You will play a key role between the reporting teams, business areas, and Nestlé technology teams to enhance the advanced analytics user experience and design the architecture for the future.
- Build and train Machine Learning models using Azure and Databricks technologies
- Ability to work with ambiguity (e.g., imperfect data, loosely defined concepts, ideas, or goals) and translating these into more tangible outputs
- Keep up-to-date with evolving technologies and help Nestlé adopt the latest technological trends
- Develop forward-thinking IT blueprints and technology roadmaps, and drive alignment and acceptance of the Enterprise architecture with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with the data scientist community and troubleshoot issues with the ML models
- Perform cloud governance processes
- Perform code reviews and recommend changes to architecture, design model, and code
- Test and troubleshoot frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information technology, Information systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analytics and/or IT experience
- 2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud technologies e.g., ML/OPS, ML Flow, Azure Data Factory, Azure Function, Data Bricks, Event Hub, Microservices/API, Python/PYSPARK/R, or SQL
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Big Data platforms using Azure Cloud architecture with structured and unstructured data source
Other
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft BI suite preferred
- Knowledge of MuleSoft and Snowflake is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in cloud-based solutions and associated technology, including AWS, GCP, OpenStack, Cloud Stack, IBM Cloud, Adobe Cloud preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is 129,000 to 176,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
