As a Registered EEG Technician, under the direct supervision of the Neurovascular Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing routine testing procedures on patients. Your primary duties will include:
Preparing for testing by checking calibration and supplies.
Performing EEGs, nerve condition velocity, and sensory nerve condition velocity testing on patients.
Educating patients on the testing procedures.
Administering peripheral and cerebral vascular doppler examinations.
Understanding and utilizing formulas to calculate test results.
