Roles available:
Bulk Material Handler
The Bulk Material Handler is responsible for correctly adding bulk materials to the line hopper. They must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the production of high-quality and accurate quantities of products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure proper placement of bulk by matching box labels to slat counter ta
· Maintain hopper full during job run
· Report damaged or inconsistent bulk to line supervisor
· Stock bottle hopper and assists with housekeeping
· Support line attendants with supplies and works in other departments as needed
Catcher/General Help
The Catcher is responsible for packing at the end of the packaging line as well as helping in the cleaning and set-up of the line. This role is also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensures that the packaging line runs productively following all Packaging Operations SOPs and cGMPs
· Completes appropriate paperwork
· Monitors product from the line for accuracy and ensures proper packing procedure is utilized for shipment
· Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
· Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
· Maintains a clean and orderly work area
· Performs other duties as assigned
Parts Washer
Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Parts Washer is responsible for assuring that all slats and other changeover parts are cleaned and stored properly. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cleans slats and changeover parts by operating a dishwasher with a USDA approved detergent.
• Stores and visually checks that slats are clean for upcoming packaging runs.
• Assists with cleaning and overflow jobs in Packaging. • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance.
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
Equipment Cleaner
The Equipment Cleaner is responsible for cleaning production equipment and associated general work areas safely and thoroughly. They’re also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect?to ensure?the quality and quantity of products produced.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Cleans, washes, sanitizes, stores and organizes equipment to include but not limited to machines, conveyors, hoppers, carts,?vessels, filters, utensils, processing equipment, change?parts and facilities components
· Ensures that residual material is removed, equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for use and that any wear is repaired or reported so it can be repaired
· Rinses, washes equipment thoroughly to remove soap residue and sanitizes?as required by SOP
· Stores clean equipment in a manner that prevents contamination
· Labels cleaned equipment with identification that indicates the equipment is clean and the expiration of the clean status
The approximate hourly pay for these positions is $17.00-$21.02*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
