Responsible for directing and guiding a dynamic program management organization to manage and drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives across various business domains. Leads with an emphasis on accountability, ensuring the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes. This role demands a visionary thought leader to steer the organization toward successful value delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring rigorous program management standards, risk management, financial oversight, and executive-level reporting to support the company’s strategic objectives.

- Program Oversight: Lead the program management organization to provide comprehensive oversight for sub-projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Standards & Execution: Ensure adherence to common program management standards and operating models to guarantee robust execution and accelerated delivery of projects.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into program progress and outcomes. Present to executives on risks, roadblocks, successes, and overall program health.
- Financial Management: Partner with finance to oversee project costing and valuation, ensuring financial targets are met.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in program management in a business environment or strategy consulting with a demonstrated strong understanding of business and financial planning functions. Three (3) years of management experience in the last five (5) years required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence others, develop strategy, lead people, and drive executive level programs.
