Job Abstract

As Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in developing and refining our Salesforce implementations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, create clear user stories, and ensure that our solutions are perfectly aligned with business objectives. Your expertise will guide the delivery of projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective results.

What you’ll do:

• Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand detailed needs and the scope of Salesforce projects.
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the development team. Ensure these stories fully capture the business requirements and are easy to understand.
• Agile Methodology Execution: Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and effective project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a proven track record in requirement gathering and user story creation.
• Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
